chat challenge

On sunday we had a wonderful chatsession on Lineweaving.com. We decided to have a challenge ; We all  had to choose a pattern to add in a drawing.

the patterns are: Drobbles,chordin,pladzy chemystery,huggins,quiltz,roobs,inapod,tripoli.

I must say it was quite a challenge to use that many tangles in one drawing. That is the reason I used a card and not a tile. Below you can see the result. I have my doubt about the shading but it is like it is . I am not going to change it anymore.

Ellen wolters publiceerde een nieuwe mandala tekening .Ik vond ze meteen heel mooi en ging er meteen mee aan de slag.Dit is het resultaat.

In memoriam

Donderdag morgen vond ik mijn hond Zacky(12,5 jaar oud) quasi levensloos aan. We gingen vlug naar de dierenarts. Deze stelde met een echografie vast dat er een fatale tumor op de lever zat. De dierenarts heeft hem laten inslapen om hem verder leed te besparen. Hij kon niets anders meer doen.

Ik moest sterk zijn en mijn verdriet verbergen want ik moest werken in de namiddag . Voor je hond kan je geen verlof krijgen. Gelukkig stelden de colega’s zich begripvol op. waarvoor dank.

Zacky speelt nu in de hondenhemel met Candy en Lucy die voor hem bij ons waren.

On Thursday morning i found my dog Zacky(12,5 years old) in total agony. We rushed to the vet who did an ultrasonography . He told us that nothing could be done because of a fatal tumor in the liver . So we decide to let him put to sleep our beloved dog .

I had to be strong and keep the tears inside because I had to go to work in the afternoon.My workmates showed very supportive ,thanks therefore;

I am sure he is in dogheaven and plays with Candy and Lucy who shared their love with us before him.

Some of my latest exercises in an old diary. So don’t mind the date ,just look at the drawings. They are not of very good quality, just fountainpen,

but it is so relaxing to just tangle away for a while.

I was trying to make a tangle from the image i had in my mind of a pilar i saw along the road .(small image only,private property)

La vigotte, da’rough and chlink ,sculptlar(sculpted pilar),some linedrawing.

Now it happens that there are instructions for a similar tangle here: they are very clear and I like the tangle smokestake very much.

Geinspireerd door “Splitzer”  van Cindy Angiel maakte ik onderstaand patroon met Seamless studio , een leuk programma om herhalende patronen te maken.

Inspired by “Splitzer” created by Cindy Angiel ,i made this pattern with Seamless Studio, a fun programma to make seamless patterns.

Hier zie je hoe het er online uitziet en hoe een paar mensen de template al ingekleurd hebben met hun eigen  KLeuren palet. Altijd zo leuk hoe het wordt met een andere kleuren combinatie.
