This week’s Challenge is: BREATHE!
Well i was not sure about this at first. But then I remembered the lessons about mindfulness and how taking a three-minutes break to focus just on breathing was advised to relieve stress. I didn’t believe it then but I realize that I did it often since that class.
Now how to transfer this in tangles? I am just a beginner so I took the word “adem”=breathe in Dutch and looked for tangles as airy as possible to fit the letters.perhaps not quite original but I tried to draw them while focusing on my breathe and after that I felt quite relaxed and even smiled.
