BREATHE

This week’s Challenge is: BREATHE!

http://iamthedivaczt.blogspot.com/

Well i was not sure about this at first. But then I remembered the lessons about mindfulness and how taking a three-minutes break to focus just on breathing was advised to relieve stress. I didn’t believe it then but I realize  that I did it often since that class.

Now how to transfer this  in tangles? I am just a beginner so I took the word “adem”=breathe in Dutch and looked for tangles as airy as possible  to fit the letters.perhaps not quite original but I tried to draw them while focusing on my breathe and after that I felt quite relaxed and even smiled.

and i must admit i have a tendency to look too severe (as others told me).

A: ahh

D: drupe

E: ennies

M: msst

Very light and airy. I love the idea of using the letters of adem to choose your tangles. Lovely, soft and gentle.

I can see the warmth of the earth surging up to combat and melt the cold snow. Lots of energy, lots of breath!

I love the way you used patterns that inspire breath. This is an awesome tangle.

Great sense of breathe and lightness in your tangle. I enjoy the fact that “Adem” teaches me a new Dutch word and reminds me to stretch myself and breathe. I’m going to try remember to list the tangle names I use when I blog, I find it very helpful.

This really is airy and light – and excellent reflection of your approach to the challenge.
